Immersed in this field from a young age, she has dedicated the majority of her adult life to working in diverse capacities, including administrative, accounting, project coordination, and operations roles. Katie firmly believes in her responsibility to provide opportunities for individuals seeking employment in a burgeoning, sought-after, and flourishing company that prioritizes leadership and mentorship, genuinely caring for its team.
Joe Henshaw
Joe, serving as Vice President, Co-Owner, and Master Electrician, contributes 25 years of valuable electrical expertise to Heritage Builders Electric. His background includes substantial experience in estimating, business development, and management spanning from the office
to the field. Joe takes pleasure in imparting every ounce of knowledge
and training available to empower our team, ensuring they

Josh
Josh, our Project Manager. Being inspired by many experienced family members in the construction industry, he brings 7 years of extensive experience, having served as a Journeyman Carpenter and Superintendent. Josh's construction expertise is complemented by his academic background—a degree in project management with a focus on construction management. Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day aspects of our projects, Josh seamlessly bridges the gap between the field and operations with a positive mindset.
When we inquired what sent Josh into the trades, here are his thoughts:
"I chose to pursue a career in construction because it's been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. My family has deep connections to this industry, and I take pride in continuing that legacy. Meet Cody, our Senior Low Voltage Lead Tech and Project Manager. Cody is a valued member who started from the ground up, bringing with him years of experience as the go-to "IT" expert for family and friends. Choosing this career path was a natural decision for him. Whether it involves speakers, cameras, computers, TVs, data systems, undercabinet lighting, RadioRA3, Smart Home setups, or soffit lighting, Cody possesses the expertise needed to deliver exceptional outcomes.

David shares why he enjoys being an electrician and Superintendent:
"I became an electrician out of a deep-seated curiosity about electrical systems and their integral role in our daily lives. Working with my hands has always been a passion of mine, and the creativity required in building electrical systems adds to the appeal. Over the years in the trade, I've learned from exceptional mentors and now, with experience on my side, I relish the chance to pass on my knowledge to the next generation."
AJ
AJ, serving as one of Heritage Builders Electric's Commercial Foremen. With six years of experience as an electrician, AJ contributes a wealth of electrical knowledge, strategic thinking, value, and organizational skills to every project. Known for his patience, efficiency, and excellent communication skills, AJ establishes effective connections with both the office and our clients.

Christian, a Commercial Foreman at Heritage Builders Electric. "When I first considered pursuing a career in electrical work, I felt apprehensive. All I knew was that I enjoyed hands-on work and didn't want to pursue a traditional college path. However, once I officially began, I felt a surge of excitement to delve into something new. Even today, I continue to embrace learning opportunities. I entered this field in 2018, and each day brings fresh challenges and opportunities to innovate.

" Since childhood, I've been drawn to sports, envisioning a future playing, coaching, or working in its business side. What began as a pursuit for financial gain in my early twenties quickly transformed into a passion. Now, as a seasoned leader in the field, I find joy in guiding the next generation to success. While it's not sports, becoming an electrician has brought me immense pride with each completed project.
